This 1997 BMW E36 320i in All Black Spotted in the Philippines

    A classic E36 was seen sitting right outside in the sun on a Tuesday afternoon. Despite its age, the shiny coat of paint, the clean and dent-free body of the old Beamer gave it a look like it just came out of the assembly line three months ago.


    The BMW E36 was produced by the German carmaker during the years 1990 to the year 2000. It was sold in many different variants, such as the sedan, the coupe, the convertible, the wagon, the hatchback and the rare 4-door convertible which was only available for a short amount of time.


    A few of these variants, such as this sedan, were made locally as semi-knocked down kits, with the parts imported from abroad then assembled here in the country. These domestically made vehicles were built at BMW's own Santa Rosa plant in Laguna. However, due to the tumultuous times of the 90's, specifically the Asian Economic Crisis, BMW was forced to pull out of the country, permanently halting the local production of these 3-Series automobiles.


    The 320i was manufactured from 1991 to 1998, and was given a BMW 6-cyclinder gas engine. With the strength of 148 brake horsepower, the neat little 3-Series was capable of reaching 214 km/h.


    Inside, the E36 had a more modest and humble styling for its interior colors. The dark greyness of the internal compartments complemented the more untypical design found all over the interior. The strange design for its air-conditioning vents, the cool center console featuring the nostalgic radio dials, and the car's tiny analog clock, which I can confirm was accurate.


    On its side, the car was seen wearing its classic stock rims, a design quality deemed creative at the time, and now nostalgic. Nowadays, these thirty year old BMWs are still a pretty common sight around town, standing the test of time and passing with flying colors.

Merlin black 2007 Mitsubishi Galant 240M in the Philippines

     A black Mitsubishi Galant, sitting in front of a three-way junction. It had an old coat of paint, unwaxed and dull. The old car still retained all its stock parts and still seemed to be used daily.      There were patches of paint on the hood that seemed to grow faint. The headlights too looked foggy and faded, which made the car look quite unsafe to drive at night, due to its decreased light output.      The car's rear also featured the same paint shine seen on the front. The rear bumper had parking sensors and a large single exhaust tip. An emblem displaying the local name of the Galant's model sat on the corner edge of the trunk, the "240M".      The interior gave an old-man feel, as if it were driven by someone of age above retirement. A Classy Pitch Black Lexus ES 350 Spotted in the Philippines

     Short for "Elegant Sedan", The Lexus ES 350, as seen here, is part of Lexus's series of luxury sedans. This stealthy luxury saloon, part of the sixth generation of Lexus's mid-size sedans, would not give it justice by simply calling it subtle. Its under-the-radar appeal to consumers make it a perfect choice for those wanting to go unnoticed by the crowd, those wanting less flash and more dash.      The gen six ES was revealed during the New York International Auto Show on 2012, along with its hybrid variant.
